• Coffee cup photos: Images you capture or select from your library, used solely to generate your reading. Photos are processed by our AI and are not stored permanently.
• Dream entries: Text you voluntarily submit to describe your dreams, stored to provide interpretation history.
• Usage data: Reading credits used, reading history — stored to manage your daily limits and provide history.
• Subscription information: Your active subscription plan, managed securely through Apple's App Store.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To analyze coffee cup photos and generate personalized fortune readings via AI.
• To interpret dream entries and provide meaningful insights.
• To manage daily reading credits (free and premium).
• To sync your reading history across devices using your account.
• To deliver local push notifications when your reading is ready (with your permission).
• To process and manage your in-app subscription through Apple.

3. Camera & Photo Library

Cosmica Fal AI requests access to your camera and photo library solely to capture or select coffee cup images for fortune reading. Photos are sent to our secure cloud service for AI analysis and are not stored on our servers after processing.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore), a cloud database platform with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We do not store your data on our own servers.

5. Third-Party Services

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, cloud functions.
• Google Sign-In: Optional sign-in method.
• Apple Sign-In: Optional sign-in method.
• Apple StoreKit: Subscription management and billing.
• Google Gemini AI: Analyzes coffee cup images and interprets dreams via our secure cloud functions. Images and text are not stored by Google for training purposes.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is only shared with service providers listed above, strictly to operate the App.

7. Notifications

With your permission, Cosmica Fal AI sends local push notifications when your fortune reading is ready. You can disable notifications at any time in your device's Settings app.

8. Children's Privacy

Cosmica Fal AI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

9. Your Rights

• Access or export your personal data.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data — available directly in the app under Profile → Delete Account.
• Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.

10. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account through the app, all personal data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
