Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Cosmica Fal AI mobile application ("App") operated by Cosmica ("we", "our", "us").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Cosmica Fal AI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Entertainment Disclaimer

Cosmica Fal AI is for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. All fortune readings and dream interpretations are generated by AI and provided for entertainment. They do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, legal, or any other form of professional advice. Do not make important life decisions based solely on content provided by Cosmica Fal AI.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at cosmica.app@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

You may not create accounts for others, use false information, or impersonate any person or entity.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Cosmica Fal AI offers optional premium subscriptions (monthly, 6-month, and yearly) that unlock additional readings per day.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions via your Apple ID account settings in the App Store.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy. We do not issue refunds directly.
• Free trial periods, where offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, UI design, icons, illustrations, and AI-generated interpretations — is the intellectual property of Cosmica or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the App (dream entries, coffee cup photos). By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the App's features to you. We do not use your content for advertising or share it with third parties.

7. Prohibited Use

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the App or its content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure.
• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or infringing content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmica Fal AI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Availability & Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through Profile → Delete Account within the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cosmica operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
